Wincher pricing in 2026: what each plan really costs

Wincher pricing, plan by plan: every tier, what it adds, and what a team pays over five years

Wincher has three plans. Basic is $49 a month for 500 keywords, 10 websites and one user. Standard starts at $89 a month for 1,000 keywords and adds unlimited websites, more users, white-label reports and the API. Professional starts at $319 for 5,000 keywords and goes up to $2,255 for 50,000. Paying yearly costs ten months’ worth, so two months are free. There’s a 7-day free trial, and no free plan.

Where the limits bite

Basic is for one person

A second login means Standard, which starts at $89 a month for 1,000 keywords, even if you only need 500.

White-label reports and the API start at Standard

An agency sending client reports under its own name needs Standard at least.

Keywords come in steps

Standard goes up in steps of 1,000. At 1,001 keywords you pay for 2,000: $143 a month.

Competitors are capped per website

Five per website on Basic, ten on Standard and twenty on Professional.

What Wincher costs, over one year and five

Basic, 500 keywords$490$2,450
Standard, 1,000 keywords$890$4,450
Standard, 2,000 keywords$1,430$7,150
Professional, 5,000 keywords$3,190$15,950
Billed yearly. Paying monthly costs a fifth more: $588 a year for Basic instead of $490.

Is Wincher worth it?

For daily rank tracking, Wincher is one of the cheapest options there is. Basic works out at about a third of a cent per keyword per day, and every plan updates daily and keeps four years of history. If one person tracks up to 500 keywords, it’s hard to beat.

The price climbs when a team needs more than one login, or reports under its own name, because both start at Standard. And it’s a subscription: when you stop paying, the tracking stops.

The one-payment alternative

ReplaRank is a rank tracker you buy once: $399 for unlimited websites, keywords and users, on your own server. You pay DataForSEO directly for the data, about 1.6¢ a check, and choose daily, weekly or monthly for each website.

Honestly: checked daily, Wincher’s Basic plan is cheaper once you pass about 60 keywords. ReplaRank is cheaper over five years when you check weekly and track up to about 400 keywords, or when a team needs several logins. 500 keywords checked weekly come to about $2,740 over five years with ReplaRank, for any number of people, against $4,450 for Wincher Standard.
