This policy explains what we do with your information when you use this website, write to us, or buy ReplaRank. It is written in plain language on purpose.
Who we are
ReplaRank is a product of Tradiant, a company registered in Georgia. You can reach us at hello@replarank.com about anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete what we hold about you.
The short version
- We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
- We never see or receive your card details.
- The ReplaRank software itself sends us nothing. It runs on your server. Your keywords, your rankings and your clients’ data never touch us.
- We never see your search-data key or what you spend with it. That account is yours, in your name, paid directly.
- We do not sell your information to anyone, for any reason.
When you visit this website
Our web host keeps standard server logs — the address your request came from, the page asked for, the time, and which browser was used. These are kept for a short period for security and to fix faults. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
WordPress, which runs this site, sets a cookie only if you log in or leave a comment. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
When you write to us
If you email us, we keep your message and your email address so we can answer you and so we have a record of what was agreed. We keep support correspondence for up to three years, then delete it. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
When you buy ReplaRank
Tradiant is the seller. Checkout runs on our own ReplaPay installation.
Payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay is processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own hosted page — your card details never touch this website and we never see them. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy, which you should read at stripe.com/privacy.
From a purchase we receive and keep: your name or company name, your email address, which licence you bought, and the date. We need this to issue your licence key, to send you updates, and because tax law requires us to keep records of sales. Sales records are kept for as long as the law requires, which is normally seven years.
What the ReplaRank software collects
Nothing that reaches us. ReplaRank runs entirely on a server you control. Your keywords, the positions it records, your competitors, your backlink data and your clients’ information are stored on your machine and stay there. We have no access to any of it.
Your licence key is checked on your own machine, offline. ReplaRank does not have to contact us to confirm you are licensed, and there is no licence server to go down.
Who ReplaRank talks to on your behalf
ReplaRank is useful because it asks other services for information. It is worth knowing exactly which, because those requests come from your server using your credentials, and we are not in the middle of any of them:
- Your search-data provider (DataForSEO, SerpApi or another) receives the keywords you ask it about. You hold that account and pay them directly. Read their privacy policy — it governs that data, not this one.
- Google Search Console, if you connect it, is read using a robot account you create in your own Google Cloud project and can revoke in one click.
- The pages you track. Page checks fetch your own web pages over ordinary HTTP to see whether they still work. Nothing is sent anywhere else.
- Your email provider, if you set one up to send reports and alerts. Those settings live on your server.
If you track websites for clients
Under the Agency licence you may hold data about other businesses and give them logins. When you do that, you become responsible for that data and for any data protection duties that come with it. We are not a processor for you, because none of it passes through us.
Who else sees your information
Only the companies we need to run the business: our web host, our email provider, and Stripe for card payments. Each one only ever sees what it needs to do its job. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can also object to how we use it. Write to hello@replarank.com and we will answer within 30 days. There is no charge.
The one thing we may not be able to delete straight away is a record of a sale, because tax law obliges us to keep it. We will tell you if that applies.
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom and you think we have handled your information badly, you may complain to your national data protection authority. We would much rather you told us first, so we can put it right.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects people who have already bought from us, we will email them.
