These are the terms you agree to when you use this website or buy ReplaRank. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
ReplaRank is a product of Tradiant, a company registered in Georgia. Contact: hello@replarank.com.
2. What we sell
We sell a licence to use ReplaRank, a keyword rank tracker you install on your own server, together with its complete source code. You are buying a permanent right to use and modify your copy. You are not buying the copyright, and you are not buying a hosted service — we do not run anything on your behalf unless you separately ask us to.
3. ReplaRank has no search data of its own
This is the most important thing on this page, so it comes before the rest. ReplaRank does not include search rankings, keyword volumes or backlink data, and buying it does not buy you any. It asks a third-party provider — DataForSEO, SerpApi or another of your choosing — using an account you open in your own name.
That account is between you and them: their terms, their prices, their limits, their availability. We are not a party to it, we never see the key, and we never handle the money. If they raise their prices, change their data or close your account, that is a matter between you and them.
The same applies to Google Search Console, which ReplaRank can read using credentials you create and can revoke at any time without asking us.
4. Buying and payment
Tradiant is the seller and appears as such on your receipt. Checkout runs on our own ReplaPay installation. You may pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own hosted page.
Prices are shown in US dollars. After payment you receive a download and a licence key by email, normally within one working day.
5. What your licence lets you do
There are two licences, and which one you need depends on whose websites you track — not how many servers you run or how many people use it. The one you bought is named on your invoice.
Single Licence — $399. Install and run ReplaRank on any number of servers owned or rented by your own company, for your own company’s websites. Unlimited brands, websites, keywords and users. Change the code however you wish for your own use.
Agency Licence — $999. Everything above, and in addition you may track your clients’ websites, host ReplaRank for them, rebrand it completely as your own service, and charge them what you like for it.
Your licence does not expire. There is no licence server and no check that phones home. You may keep using your copy even if we stop trading.
6. What your licence does not let you do
- Sell, give away, publish or share the source code we wrote — as a product, a template, a starter kit or a repository, whether changed or not.
- Offer ReplaRank itself to the general public as a competing sign-up service. Running it for your own named clients is allowed under the Agency Licence; opening it to the public is not.
- Remove or hide the licence file or the licence notices in the code.
- Share your download link or licence key outside your company.
If you want to do something this section forbids, ask us. We are reasonable.
7. Your data
Everything you put into ReplaRank is yours — your keywords, your rankings, your clients’ data, your changes and your branding. ReplaRank runs on your server and sends us nothing. See our Privacy Policy for what we hold about you as a customer.
8. Support and updates
30 days of setup support is included from the day you buy. After that, support is available at our published rate or through a support plan.
12 months of updates are included. After that, updates are $49 a year if you want them. Your licence does not stop working if you do not renew — you simply stay on the version you have, forever. There is no licence server, so there is nothing that could switch off.
Support covers ReplaRank as we supply it. It does not cover changes you have made to the code, your server, your hosting provider, your domain names, or your account with a search-data provider.
9. Refunds
Because you receive the complete source code the moment you buy, sales are final once the files have been downloaded.
If you have not downloaded the files, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Write to hello@replarank.com.
If you are buying as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right to change your mind about digital content. You lose that right once the download begins, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right at checkout. Nothing in these terms removes any right the law gives you.
10. Rankings are not a promise
Search rankings are somebody else’s data about somebody else’s index. A position can differ by the minute, by the place it is checked from, and by who is looking. ReplaRank reports what it measured, at the moment it measured it, and says so.
Figures the app labels as estimates — such as the traffic you might gain — come from published cross-industry averages, not from a measurement of your site. Please do not make a promise to a client that rests on a number in here being exact.
11. Using this website
Please do not attempt to break into this website, disrupt it, or use it to send anyone anything unlawful. The text, images and branding on it belong to us.
12. No warranty
ReplaRank is provided “as is”. We have tested it and we use it ourselves, but we cannot promise it will be free of faults or that it will suit a particular purpose of yours. You are responsible for your own server, your own backups, and for testing ReplaRank before you rely on it.
13. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost business, lost rankings, money spent with a search-data provider, or any indirect loss.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Ending the licence
Your licence ends if you break section 6 and do not put it right within 30 days of us telling you about it. If that happens you must stop using ReplaRank and delete your copies. We will not end your licence for any other reason.
15. Which law applies
This agreement is governed by the law of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the law of the country you live in.
16. The whole agreement
These terms, together with your invoice, are the whole agreement between us. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may change these terms for future sales; the version you bought under is the version that applies to you.
