The short version, so you do not have to read the rest: if you have not downloaded the files, you can have your money back within 14 days, no questions asked. Once you have downloaded them, the sale is final.
Why it works that way
What you buy is the complete source code, and you get all of it the moment you pay. There is no trial version, no crippled tier and no licence server that can switch anything off afterwards — that is the whole point of the product, and it is why it costs what it costs instead of $100 a month.
It also means a refund after download would be us handing the product over for nothing. We would rather be straightforward about that than pretend otherwise and argue later.
If you have not downloaded the files
Write to hello@replarank.com within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within five working days. Crypto payments are refunded in the same coin, at the amount originally received.
If something is actually broken
Different question, and the answer is different too. Tell us and we will fix it. Every licence comes with 30 days of setup support, and if ReplaRank genuinely does not do something this website says it does, that is our problem to solve — not a refund argument.

Things a refund cannot cover
Money you have spent with a search-data provider. Your DataForSEO or SerpApi account is in your name and paid directly to them. We never see it or handle it, so we cannot refund it. Their refund policy is theirs, and worth reading before you top up a large balance.
Rankings that did not improve. ReplaRank measures and explains; it does not promise a position. Nothing on this website says otherwise, and please do not buy it expecting otherwise.
Installation and hosting
Installation is refundable in full until we start work. Once your server has been set up, it is not — the work has been done.
Managed hosting can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part months, and we do not charge you again afterwards. You keep the licence, and we hand you a copy of your database.
Your rights under the law
If you are buying as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right to change your mind about digital content. You lose that right once the download begins, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right at checkout. Nothing on this page removes any right the law gives you.
